- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original package for exchanges or refunds.

- Exchange available within 3 days from the first exchange for size and style.
- A delivery charge of 25 AED applies for each exchange.

- A deduction of all applicable delivery charges, pick-up charges, and a 5 AED repackaging fee from refunds.
