Sadaf Swimwear – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sadaf Swimwear order. Please review our return, exchange, and delivery policies below.
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available within 3 days from the date of the original exchange for size or style changes.
- A 25 AED delivery fee applies to each exchange.
- A 5 AED repackaging fee applies to each item exchanged.
4. Refund Policy & Deductions
- Refunds will be subject to deductions for all applicable delivery fees, pickup charges, and a 5 AED repackaging fee.
- Customers who purchase more than 2 products may not return more than 50% of their purchased items.
- If 3 products are purchased, only 1 product can be returned for a refund.
5. Shipping Fees
- Worldwide shipping fees are calculated at checkout and must be paid in advance before the order is processed.
6. Import Fees & Customs
- Customers in regions such as Europe and the United States may be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees in accordance with their country's regulations.
- Any such fees are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Sadaf Swimwear.
7. Same-Day Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available via Careem for an additional delivery fee.
- Full payment must be made in advance.
- Delivery will be completed within a maximum of 2 hours.
