- A 10-day return window from the date of delivery.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original package for exchanges or refunds.

- Exchange available within 10 days from the first exchange for size and style.
- A delivery charge of 25 AED applies for each exchange.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Deduction:
- A deduction of all applicable delivery charges, pick-up charges, and a 5 AED repackaging fee from refunds.

- Worldwide shipping fees calculated at checkout and must be prepaid before processing.

- Customers in regions such as Europe and the US may incur additional import fees, not covered by the seller, related to their country's laws.

- Same-day delivery via Careem available in Dubai only.
- Advance payment required.
