Sadaf Swimwear Exchange, Refund & Customs Policy
1. Exchange & Return Policy
At Sadaf Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer fair exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
✅ Timeframe:
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
✅ Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
📌 Hygiene Policy for Swimwear:
✔ For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over your own clothing or undergarments when checking the fit.
✔ Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.
✅ Eligible Items:
• Swimwear: Can be returned or exchanged only if unworn and unwashed (see hygiene policy above).
• Beachwear & Accessories: Can be returned/exchanged if unworn.
• Customized Items & Accessories: Not eligible for return or exchange (includes customized beach hats, bags, and towels).
• Earrings: Non-returnable & non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
2. Refund Policy
We issue refunds only in the following cases:
🔹 Defective or Wrong Item Received:
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the defect or incorrect item.
• 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount of the product before proceeding with the refund.
• Customers who took more than 2 products cannot refund more than 50% of the products, and if 3 products were purchased, only one can be refunded.
🔹 Lost Order in Transit:
If the courier confirms that the package was lost.
💰 Refund Method:
• Refunds will be processed to store credit or your original payment method (depending on the case).
• Processing may take 5-10 business days.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
📩 To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sadafswimwear@hotmail.com or WhatsApp us at +97156 611 92 90 with the following information:
• Order number
• Reason for return/exchange
• Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.
4. Shipping Costs
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• GCC and worldwide customers are responsible for return costs, unless the issue is due to our mistake.
5. Final Sale Items
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Customs Policy – GCC & Worldwide Orders
At Sadaf Swimwear, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our international customers. However, customs regulations vary by country, and customers should be aware of potential customs fees, duties, and taxes when placing an order.
📌 Customer Responsibility for Customs Fees:
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are determined by the laws and regulations of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and Sadaf Swimwear has no control over when or if they will be imposed.
📌 Payment of Customs Fees:
The customer is 100% responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes required by their country's customs authorities. If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the shipment will be returned to us, and any associated return costs will be billed to the customer.
📌 Sadaf Swimwear's Liability:
Sadaf Swimwear holds no responsibility for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the customs department of the customer’s country. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for further details regarding applicable charges before placing an order.
